The era of proprietary power quality systems may be coming to an end : the recent extension of IEC 61850 finally allows to transfer virtually all power quality measurements from compatible PQ meters in a standardized way.
NetCeler’s IVPower software now includes a PQ driver acting as a 61850 client. It can collect and display all measurements without going through any additional software package.
